How to build prefabricated running track?

Prefabricated running track is a kind of sports surface material which is produced first and then installed, and the running track can be processed and manufactured in the factory, and then assembled on site in a unified manner. The construction process of prefabricated running track

Ground treatment: Clean and level the foundation of the sports ground to create a good foundation environment.

Underlayment: Underlayment is carried out on the foundation, and appropriate foundation materials are used to enhance the bearing capacity and stability of the sports ground.

Installation of fixing strips: After the sub-base paving is completed, the fixing strips are installed on the equipment to ensure that they are firm and accurately positioned.

Manufacture of prefabricated running track: In SSG sports factory, the synthetic materials such as polyurethane or aramid used in the prefabricated running track are mixed in a certain proportion and color powder is added according to the needs. The mixed materials are injected into the mold and pounded to ensure the compactness and flatness. After the material is cured, the mold is dismantled and trimmed and polished to get the prefabricated running track slabs which meet the standard.

On-site assembly: The prefabricated running track slabs are assembled on site according to the planned assembly drawings, and the running track slabs are firmly connected with the substrate using special fixing strips.

Surface treatment: The surface treatment includes filling various grooves and joints of prefabricated running track slabs, and using flooring machine to grind and level the surface, and finally get a smooth and solid running track surface which meets the standard.

marker drawing: According to the requirements, marker is drawn on the surface of the running track to make it conform to the relevant specifications and standards.
