SSG Sports Completes Successful Project at Aviation College

SSG Sports has successfully completed a subcontracting project at Aviation College, where the company provided both materials and installation services for various sports infrastructure components. The project featured the installation of a grandstand membrane structure, a lighting system, a football field, synthetic running track, and more.

The grandstand membrane structure was assembled on-site, painted, and then installed, offering a modern and durable seating solution for spectators. The lighting system includes 25-meter light poles, each equipped with 16 powerful 500W LED lights, ensuring optimal lighting for both day and night events.The project also included the installation of a 4-meter-high sports perimeter fence to ensure safety and security around the field.

SSG Sports also installed a football field, featuring a 50mm infill system with 7,800 square meters of artificial grass, providing an excellent football-playing surface for students.

In just three days, SSG Sports completed the asphalt base for the synthetic running   track, followed by the synchronized installation of the football field’s artificial grass. The oval track, which also covers 8,000 square meters, was finished in just 10 days by an 8-person team, using a full PU system with a 13mm thickness. After applying the second cushion layer, the track was tested for thickness and undergoes a ponding test before the self-textured spray surface was applied.
