Q1) What’s the regular sub-base for synthetic rubber running track? Can compact soil base be synthetic rubber running track sub-base?

Concrete and asphalt are common sub-base for the synthetic rubber running track.
Other sub-base like compact soil base and sand base are not suitable to be synthetic running
track .

Q2) What are the requirements for the concrete sub-base?
1) Thickness: >=15cm is recommended.  
2) Compactness: The strength reaches the concrete building strength standard (C25/4000PSI)
3) Flatness: it is recommended that the tolerance is within 3mm by using 3m ruler;
4) Slop: it is recommended that horizontal slop is not more than 3‰:vertical slop within 1%, to ensure the drainage.
5) Maintenance: There should be 7 days water conservation on the new concrete base and must cure 28 days prior to application;

Q3) What are the requirements for the asphalt sub-base?
