Prefabricated Running Track Installation Part II
When the control point measurement is done, it comes to the placement of the prefabricated running track roll.
As SSG's regular prefrebricated running track sheet is of 15m (length), 1.22m (width) and 13mm (thickness), the weight of one roll is around 260KGS per roll, it is suggested to prepare pallet truck to move the roll to the installation site.
place the first prefabricated roll onto the first lane. The first roll should be put in the exact place, between the two control lines.
When unroll the prefabricated sheet, the following should be paid attention to:
1.There is direction on the surface emboss of the sheet, and therefore need to pave the sheet with the same emboss direction.

Lay the prefabricated running track rolls lane by lane starting from straight track. (Notes: do not pave the PU adhesive at this moment)
There should be overlap for around 4mm between the two transverse adjacent lanes and overlap around 100mm between the two longitudinal lanes.

2. Make daily installation plan ahead and prepare the prefabricated running track sheets, PU adhesive and bricks based on the daily
installation plan
