The construction method of acrylic flooring
Preparation foundation: Clean up debris, grave on the site to ensure that the foundation is flat, and carry out the necessary filling and compaction.
Laying the bottom layer: lay a layer of concrete or asphalt, usually 5-10 cm thick.
Mix the material in proportion: Mix SSG sports’ acrylic pigments, adhesive 108, cement, sand and water in proportion to make a uniform resurfacer.
Spray primer: Apply a layer of primer on the surface of the underlying concrete or asphalt。
Apply the acrylic resurfacer: Apply the mixed acrylic paint evenly on the surface of the primer,use professional tools to flatten and compact the coating surface。
Secondary scraping: After the first layer of paint is dried, apply the same layer of acrylic paint to improve durability and aesthetics.
Apply top coat : Scrape Acrylic Surface Color Layer with inner and outer court separated
Line making: draw the line after the surface dried.
Completed: After the surface and line is fully dried and the necessary cleaning work is carried out, the construction of the hard acrylic floor of the tennis court is completed.
Notes:1. Construction should avoid severe weather conditions such as high temperature and strong wind.
